We build software for the guy
who fixes things.
Not for private equity-backed franchises. For the owner in your town who started with one truck, hires carefully, and is sick of software that costs more than his insurance.
Repair-CRM is a field service and repair management app that schedules and dispatches jobs, keeps a service history for every customer asset, and syncs invoices to QuickBooks Online in real time — built for service and equipment repair businesses with 2–20 technicians.
Our mission: "Help technicians be appreciated for their hard work."
Technicians deserve credit
When customers leave real feedback, your guys see it. Confidence goes up. Turnover goes down.
Healthy competition
When the team can see who's delivering — in a fair system — culture improves. Not toxic. Motivating.
Beat the other guy
While he's still on paper, you're invoicing before dinner. That's a real advantage in your town.
It started with coffee machines.
It ended with every trade.
An Italian company had coffee machines scattered across the country. Dozens per customer. No one knew which machine broke when, or what was done last time. Technicians showed up blind. Customers lost trust. Money walked out the door.
We built a mobile app where every machine became an asset with full service history — a few taps, complete picture. Built-in counters tracked usage. Reports showed which machines were dying before they died.
Then we looked around: HVAC guys, pool cleaners, garage door techs, electricians — same chaos. Sticky notes. Spreadsheets. Paper in the truck. Hours in QuickBooks. Repair-CRM is that solution, built for any shop that sends people to fix things.
Software that looks like your tech's phone — not a NASA control panel
We designed Repair-CRM so a guy with grease on his hands can start a job, attach photos, and get a signature before he cranks the A/C back on.
What Repair-CRM does
Everything a small service shop needs between the phone call and the paid invoice — and nothing it doesn't.
Scheduling & dispatching
The office puts jobs on a drag-and-drop calendar and sends them to a technician's phone instantly. Everyone knows who's going where — nobody has to call the truck to find out.
Technician mobile app (iOS & Android)
Techs start the job, log time, parts and labor, attach photos and capture the customer's signature on site. The work order is done before they leave the driveway.
Work orders & per-asset service history
Every machine, unit or door you service gets its own record with a full repair history. The next tech arrives knowing what was done last time — not guessing.
Real-time QuickBooks Online sync
Customers, items and invoices flow into QuickBooks Online the moment a job is finished. No double entry, no evenings retyping paper tickets.
Customer portal & online booking
Customers request service online and check on their jobs. You get fewer "when is the tech coming?" calls.
Zapier API integration
Connect Repair-CRM to thousands of other apps — forms, email marketing, spreadsheets — through Zapier, without writing code.
What makes Repair-CRM different
A 5-person team for $89/month
Repair-CRM is $89/month for 5 users and $179/month for 20. As of September 2026, the comparable 5-user plans at Jobber (Connect) and Housecall Pro (Essentials) list at $149–$199/month, depending on billing term.
QuickBooks sync from the first plan
Real-time QuickBooks Online sync is part of every Repair-CRM plan, including the $19/month Starter. Some competitors reserve it for higher tiers — Housecall Pro's Basic plan, for example, doesn't include it.
No contracts — plus a free month yearly
Every plan is month-to-month; cancel any time. Prefer annual billing? Pay for 12 months and get one month free.
Service history per asset, not per address
Most field service apps track the customer and the location. Repair-CRM also tracks each individual asset — a self-storage unit, a dock door, a coffee machine, a forklift — with its own service log.
A real person, usually within minutes
You reach the team that builds the product — often the founder himself — at a US phone number. Support replies typically come within a few minutes.
We build custom features for your business
Big platforms ship one roadmap for everyone. Repair-CRM takes on custom development and special requests, within reason — a field your workflow needs, a report, a change to how a feature works. We've re-coded functionality for customers who needed it.
"After trying several CRMs/dispatch services for our drain cleaning business, this was the one that actually worked as described. Dispatch is instant, QB transfer instant and accurate… You will actually get a real human in the USA that won't stop till your questions are answered and/or your issues are resolved. True story… they have even re-coded some of the functionality to suit our business need. Laszlo is my 'go to' for help and never misses. I'm a Repair-CRM lifer!"

The team behind Repair-CRM
Laszlo Malinovszky
Founder & CEO, Repair-CRMLaszlo has been building business software since 2001. He started with ERP systems, and in 2014 shipped his first mobile work order app for field technicians. In 2018 he founded E-Software LLC in the US, and in 2019 launched Repair-CRM so small repair shops could get the tools big companies have — without the big-company price tag or the big-company nonsense.
Repair-CRM is a small, hands-on team. The people who answer your call are the ones who write the code, so your feature request doesn't disappear into a ticket queue.
